CUS VICE PRESIDENT MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS
Oversee the marketing and branding of the entire BCom student society of 3,000+ students, including:

17 clubs

5 conferences
-
8 services within the Marketing portfolio

Any other services external of the Marketing portfolio (Awards Night, Elections, etc.)
Accomplishments:

Sending out the CUSunday on time every week (major accomplishment!)

Initiated the first ever CUS booth during Business Week to promote CUS involvement

Proactively ordered 3,000 CUS branded pens free to students to increase brand awareness

Ordered large CUS banners to increase CUS presence at all CUS-funded conferences and programs
-
Designed (with the help of her AVPM!) the student agendas when the Yearbook and Prospectus role was vacant

Took student feedback into consideration and Included the first ever agenda bookmarks free for the student prospectus

Helped CUS Elections, CUS Sustainability Conference, and Awards Night with marketing their services and working on their marketing timelines

Distributed a CUS Marketing guide to all CUS Services to ensure policies are being followed, in addition to hosting a marketing workshop to help all services succeed

Guided The Cavalier in a major layout revamp and redesign

Worked with the UGO Marketing department in updating and recreating the Sauder School of Business' new website

Aided AmbaSauder's high school presentations to become more CUS and student life focused

Help ensure CUS Corporate Relations marketing contracts with CPA are met and fulfilled
